The WBSC is a joint venture aimed at providing a collaborative and innovative approach to improving businesses performance and is designed to make a positive economic impact on the city and region. The partnership comprises the University of Wolverhampton, Wolverhampton City Council and the Black Country Chamber of Commerce.
