Full Application
If your Expression of Interest passes our initial assessment, you will be sent our full application form. Please note: getting to this stage does not guarantee you Green Shoots funding.
The full application form asks for similar information to that which you will have provided in the Expression of Interest form, but in more detail and with supporting information, including:
- Financial information about the business (including turnover at last year end, gross profit information, who you've approached for funding etc.)
- Full details of the proprietors, directors or partners of the business
- Full details of Parent Company/Group (where applicable)
- More detail about your proposal
- Project milestones and associated costs
- Financial information about the proposal (including supporting documentation such as quotes)
- Detailed information about the jobs you're looking to create/safeguard with timescales and salaries
You will also be asked to provide supporting documents:
- Three years' statutory audited/unaudited/drafted accounts (as appropriate)
- Your most recent management accounts
- Proof of declined funding from your bank
- Confirmation of other funding obtained for the project, e.g. HP agreements (if applicable)
- Three quotes for all project costs for which funding has been requested, e.g. machinery
- Project cash flow forecast (please use the forms provided) including a rationale and supporting evidence of your workings, and a project marketing plan
- The last 6 months' bank statements
- Management Team bios and organisation chart
- State Aid declaration (disclosing all public funding received in the last three years)
Once you have completed the full application form, and submitted it with all of the supporting information, we will review your application. If we require further information or if your application does not meet the criteria of the funding we will provide you with feedback.
If your application does not meet our criteria, we will send you a summary explaining the reasons why, and will advise on any other support we can give.
